Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders over ₹2,000.

• Dispatch Timeline: All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement.
• Delivery Timeline: Your package will arrive within 8 to 10 working days. Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally vary based on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen transit circumstances.
• In a Hurry? If you have an urgent delivery request, please reach out to our team immediately at support@ruuhperfumes.com, and we will do our best to expedite your order.

International Shipping

• We do not ship internationally just yet—but we are preparing to cross borders and bring Ruuh to the world very soon. Stay tuned!

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because of the intimate and personal nature of our products, all Ruuh fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ruuhperfumes.com with relevant proof (such as unboxing photos or videos).

Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will initiate our hassle-free return process:

• Complimentary Pickup: We will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package directly from your delivery address. You do not need to ship anything yourself.
• Packaging Requirements: Please ensure the entire order including the original box, perfume bottle, and any complimentary free gifts or goodies is packed securely. Returns missing the promotional items cannot be accepted.

Refunds
